We check the supplied registration information. Applications are normally reviewed in 1–2 working days after the necessary documents arrive, with no setup fee.

Approved accounts receive their ordering information by email. Use saved selections for repeat purchases and contact the team for current availability or a quotation.
Which organisations can apply?
Research laboratories, registered businesses purchasing research material in volume, established research-compound retailers and other professional bulk buyers can apply. Company or VAT registration details are checked during review.
How do pricing levels work?
Standard trade orders have no minimum value. Further pricing levels follow quantities of individual SKUs rather than the combined order value. Account pricing is reflected at checkout.
Are invoice terms available?
Bank transfer is the standard payment route. After two settled orders, you may request invoice-on-account terms, subject to a brief credit assessment.
Can trade orders be delivered internationally?
Tracked services are available to UK, EU and international destinations. Shipment paperwork and harmonised codes are prepared for dispatch. Buyers remain responsible for lawful importation and applicable duties or taxes.
What restrictions apply to the material?
Every order is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research. Purchasers must be at least 18. No product is intended for human or veterinary administration.
