These terms apply to purchases from The Online Peptide Hub through this website. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Online Peptide Hub. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of the following conditions.
1. Who may order
- Purchasers must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a qualified researcher or buying for a laboratory, research institution or company. Material must be purchased exclusively for laboratory research.
- We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where intended human or veterinary use is suspected.
2. Research material only
Every product is supplied for in-vitro laboratory work. Products are not medicines, food or cosmetics, are not for human or veterinary administration, and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease. The research-only supply conditions form part of these terms.
3. Prices and cleared payment
- Prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP).
- Payment is accepted by bank transfer or open banking. An order reserves your selection; where payment instructions are required, the team will contact you within one working day.
- Dispatch follows cleared payment. We may cancel orders still unpaid after seven days and release the reserved stock.
4. Shipment and delivery
Payments cleared before 2pm GMT on working days qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders travel with tracking in insulated packaging with a tamper-evident seal. Services, charges and international arrangements are described in the delivery policy. Risk transfers to the purchaser on delivery.
5. Cancellations, order issues and refunds
Sales are final. Returns and refunds are not available for a change of mind, a selection error or circumstances outside the exceptions below. Once temperature-sensitive material leaves our control, its integrity cannot be verified and it cannot be restocked or resold.
- Damage, a fault or an incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The carrier must confirm any loss in transit.
- An order may be cancelled without charge before dispatch.
The full process is set out in the order issues and refunds policy. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Catalogue information and purchaser responsibility
Specifications and descriptions support research documentation. We take care over accuracy, but the information is not advice of any kind. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their intended research and handling comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limits of liability
We do not exclude liability that the law prevents us from excluding. Subject to that, liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for it. We accept no liability for product use that breaches these terms.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
