Orders are prepared from UK stock using insulation and tamper-evident seals, then sent by a tracked service. The information below explains the payment cutoff, typical transit times and what to do on receipt.
When your order leaves us
- Payment must clear before 2pm GMT on a working day for dispatch that day. Later payments move to the next working-day dispatch.
- Items are taken from monitored storage and placed in insulated, sealed packaging.
- The outside of the parcel is plain.

Following a shipment
We email the tracking reference when the parcel is dispatched. If there has been no tracking movement for three working days on a UK service, or ten working days internationally, email info@theonlinepeptidehut.com so we can raise the issue with the carrier.
Orders outside the UK
Before purchasing, confirm that the material can be imported lawfully into the destination country. Any applicable import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Let us know in advance if research documentation is required in the parcel.
Receiving your parcel
Check the parcel and seal at delivery. Photograph any damage or interference and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect; the order issue policy sets out the available resolution. Pen products should be refrigerated promptly at 2–8 °C. See the storage guidance for further information.
