This agreement sets the conditions for participating in The Online Peptide Hut referral programme. Applying to the programme and using an issued discount code confirms your acceptance. The terms of supply and research-only supply conditions also apply.
1. Joining the programme
- We review applications individually and may accept or decline them without giving a reason.
- Applicants must be at least 18 and authorised to enter this agreement for any business they represent.
- Provide accurate identity and promotional information, and notify us of material changes.
2. The referral discount code
- Approval includes an individual code offering referred customers 10% off.
- You may share the code with your audience, but it cannot be sold, transferred or used by another promoter.
- We may adjust the discount or replace or withdraw a code on reasonable notice.
- Purchases you make using your own code do not earn commission.
3. Calculating commission
- Qualifying orders using your code earn 20% commission.
- The calculation uses the product total actually paid after discounts; delivery, taxes and duties are excluded.
- Commission is recorded only when an order is paid. An unpaid bank-transfer order earns nothing.
- Recorded commission remains pending for 30 days after cleared payment. Cancellation, refund or chargeback during that period cancels it.
- After the pending period, qualifying commission becomes payable and is shown as owed in the dashboard.
4. Receiving payment
- Payable balances above £50 are paid monthly by bank transfer in GBP. Lower balances carry forward.
- You must provide correct payment details and are responsible for losses caused by inaccurate details you supply.
- You are responsible for tax, National Insurance and VAT arising from your earnings. Commission excludes VAT; notify us if you are VAT registered.
- If a paid commission later proves to relate to fraud, a refund or an agreement breach, we may recover it or deduct it from future earnings.
5. Research-only promotion
Compliance with this section is an essential condition of participation. Material is supplied only for in-vitro laboratory investigation. It is not medicine, food, a cosmetic or a supplement and is not for administration to humans or animals.
- Describe products solely as research compounds.
- Do not suggest or imply that a person or animal should take a product, that it diagnoses, prevents, treats or cures a condition, or that it supports weight loss, muscle gain, tanning, anti-ageing, fertility or another bodily effect.
- Do not provide human-use instructions for dosing, injection, preparation, cycling or administration.
- Do not present yourself as a clinician, pharmacist or doctor in connection with the products, or provide accompanying medical advice.
- Do not target anyone under 18 or promote through channels aimed at minors.
- Identify the commercial relationship and commission wherever required by law or platform rules, including UK CAP Code and ASA advertising-identification requirements.
A breach is material: the code will be withdrawn immediately and unpaid commission may be cancelled.
6. Prohibited promotional methods
- Unsolicited bulk messages, email or SMS, including code spam.
- Paid-search bids on The Online Peptide Hut or confusingly similar names, and advertisements impersonating the business.
- Domains, social handles or application names that include our brand.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, typosquatting, or other deceptive or automated traffic generation.
- Publication on discount or voucher aggregators without written agreement.
- Copying our website, product photography or branding beyond supplied promotional materials, or modifying the logo.
- Unconfirmed or inaccurate claims about the business, availability, prices or delivery.
7. Independent participation
You participate as an independent contractor. The agreement does not create employment, a partnership, an agency or a joint venture. You cannot make representations or warranties, accept orders or undertake obligations on our behalf, or claim authority to do so.
8. Pausing or ending participation
- Either party can end the agreement at any time and for any reason by written notice, including email.
- We may immediately suspend or withdraw a code without notice where we reasonably suspect a breach, particularly of section 5.
- If participation ends without breach, already-payable commission is included in the next normal payout. The £50 threshold is waived for that final payment.
- If participation ends for breach, related unpaid commission may be withheld.
- Stop using the code and remove promotional claims about us within seven days of termination.
9. Responsibility and liability
Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our aggregate liability under this agreement in a 12-month period is limited to commission paid or payable to you in that period. We are not liable for lost profit, lost opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss.
You are responsible for your promotional activity and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. You agree to indemnify us against claims, fines and reasonable costs resulting from your breach or from claims you make about the products.
10. Programme data
We use your details to operate the programme and arrange payments, as explained in the privacy information. The dashboard shows referred order values and commission, not customer names, addresses or contact details. Participation gives no entitlement to those details.
11. Amendments and applicable law
We may change the agreement on reasonable notice by email or publication of a revised version. Continued code use after a change confirms acceptance. The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
